Ar. Rajesh Nagula is an accomplished architect with over 27 years of professional experience in architecture, planning and project development. He brings comprehensive expertise in design, planning, project coordination and execution across diverse project typologies and scales.
As Director of TRIO-S Architectural Consultants, he has played a significant role in the growth and evolution of the practice. Over its 27-year professional journey, TRIO-S has successfully undertaken and delivered more than 300 projects across residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, tourism and industrial sectors.
His experience encompasses high-rise residential developments, individual residences and housing projects, commercial and office developments, retail and shopping spaces, mixed-use developments, townships, institutional and educational campuses, hospitality and tourism projects, and industrial developments.
Ar. Rajesh Nagula combines creative design thinking with functional planning, technical understanding and practical
execution. His approach is rooted in understanding the client’s aspirations, project requirements and site context, translating them into architectural solutions that are efficient, responsive and distinctive.
His professional involvement spans conceptual design, master planning, design development, coordination and implementation. Alongside practice, he has actively contributed to the profession and served as Chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Visakhapatnam Centre, supporting initiatives promoting professional excellence and architectural awareness.
